The timeline tool

The timeline is built entirely in your browser. The event details you type, including names, dates and venues, are not sent to or stored on our servers.

When you copy a share link, your event details are written into the link itself. Anyone you send the link to can see them, so only share it with people you trust.

If you search for a city, the city name you type is sent to Open-Meteo's free geocoding service to find its location and time zone.

Early access sign-ups

If you request early access, we store:

• your email address
• your business name and events per year, if you give them
• the date you signed up, and your approximate city and country based on your connection

We use this only to contact you about PlannerWick and EntryWick. We don't sell or rent it to anyone. Every email we send has a way to unsubscribe.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other sites.

Removing your information

To have your sign-up deleted, email hello@plannerwick.com from the address you signed up with, and we'll remove it.
